저는 USCIS채팅 emma? 통해서 agent한테 물어보려고 했지만

어떻게 물어도 진짜 사람이 나와주질 않았구요

인터넷에서 찾아보고 싶어도 영수증을 못받아서 내 케이스 넘버를 모르는데 어떻게 하나 하며...

 

이미 알고 계실지도 모를 스몰 팁인데요

lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov 로 이메일 보내서

나는 G-1145 (Request for e-notification) 도 첨부했었고,

도착한지 한달이 넘었는데 아직 영수증 못받았다, 내 케이스 넘버가 뭐냐고 물어봤어요.

 

이메일로 물어봤더니 자동 이메일로 접수했다는거 답장만 왔는데,

다음날 아침에 일어나서 핸드폰을 보니, 문자로 케이스넘버가 와 있었어요.

문자로 온 이유는 G-1145를 첨부 했어서인거 같아요.

종이로 된 영수증은 일주일 더 있다 왔습니다.

 

제 케이스는 애리조나 피닉스 락박스로 보냈고,

돈은 워싱턴 디씨에서 나가고

종이로 된 영수증은 캘리포니아 센터에서 왔어요.
